Cash
Cash portfolios seek maximum total return consistent with preservation of capital. Some portfolios invest exclusively in the highest level of safety and purchase only U.S. Government obligations to meet this objective. Other strategies safely enhance income by investing in commercial paper and other money market securities in addition to U.S. Government obligations. The portfolios represent an allocation to readily available cash with little price sensitivity.
