Scott Eltjes, CFA, FLMI, is the CEO of WB Capital Management and is responsible for daily management of the
firm and oversight of the Sales and Marketing Team. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
and holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. Scott has also received the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI)
designation. He is Chairman of the Finance Advisory Board for the University of Northern Iowa's School of Business.
Scott is also on the advisory board for the University of Northern Iowa's Krause Challenge. Prior to WB Capital
Management Inc., Scott was Regional Managing Principal for Wells Fargo Institutional Investment Group and managing
director of Norwest Investment Advisors, Inc.

Jeff Lorenzen, CFA, is the President and Chief Investment Officer of WB Capital Management Inc. In addition, Jeff serves as the president of the Vintage Mutual Funds and the chair of WB Capital's Investment Policy Committee. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and his Master of Business Administration from Drake University. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1993. Jeff is an active member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Iowa, Young President's Organization, Global Association of Risk Professionals, and the Professional Risk Managers' International Association. Jeff serves on the advisory board for Drake University's Krause Challenge and the board of directors of Variety of Iowa. Prior to joining WB Capital Management Inc., Jeff was a senior mortgage-backed securities analyst and corporate fixed income analyst at The Statesman Group.
