Guided by the principles of client service, integrity and investment performance, the people of Miles Capital have successfully served insurance companies, institutions, municipalities and government agencies, foundations and endowments, retirement plans and individual investors since 1982. We are a registered investment advisor headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Our investment process has been honed through more than a quarter-century of faithful adherence to our disciplined investment model and our focus on risk-aware portfolio construction. We seek to provide investment strategies that identify and control risk while capitalizing on long-term economic, demographic and cultural trends, as well as fundamental shifts in business practices. We evaluate holdings through our own fundamental research, a proven valuation model and access to outside resources. As of March 31, 2010, our investment team managed more than $3.6 billion in assets and represented 150 years of combined experience.
